Our QUANTITATIVE RESEARCH DEPARTMENT performs all types of quantitative research, both telephonic and face-to-face, with special reference to:
- Basic research, into particular segments and samples representative of the population
- Research concerning brand/corporate image and positioning
- Customer satisfaction research
- Tests of various types (concept, product, packaging, pricing, tasting, logo, and name)
- Communication analysis (pre- and post-tests of TV, radio, press, and billboard advertising campaigns)
